Mumbai: Decision of the government to demonetise the Rs 500 and Rs 1000 currency notes has led the makers of the Rajniesh Duggall-Sonarika Bhadoria starrer ‘Saansein’ to postpone the release of the film, slated to hit the theaters on November 11, producers of the film said today.

‘Saansein-The Last Breath’ has been postponed till further notice. In a statement, Producer Goutam Jain said, "We are very much pleased with Narendra Modi’s step towards demonetisation of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 currency notes, and hence our team has decided that the movie should be postponed as we do not want the audiences to spend their money behind watching a movie this weekend.

I want people to spend money on basic necessities as of now rather than incurring in other expenses. The step taken by the Prime Minster is surely in favor of the citizens.” The film marks the Bollywood debut for the television actress Sonalika Bhadoria, famous for her role of Parvati in the TV show 'Mahadev'.(UNI)
