5 Mindboggling Movies to watch if you love suspense and thrill

Suspense movies have always been a favorite genre among the cine lovers. Not that the comedy and serious ones are liked by none!Since we’re confined to our homes these days, we need something to distract ourselves and cut from the rest of the world.
It’s been almost the year, the world went into lockdown and we had to say a temporary goodbye to watching movies at the theatres. We don’t miss overpaying for the popcorns though!

Anyway, here’s a list of 5 movies that you’d be interested in watching if you really love a content that plays with your mind.These are some classics and shouldn’t be missed, because they’re a piece of art.
 
1. The Shining by Stanley Kubrick
 
This classic of 1980 is a must watch if you aren’t scared of the horror genre.The story revolves around a family that moves into an isolated hotel. The place has seen some wild and dark incidents and has a violent past.The family gets trapped there and the man of the family starts losing his mind and goes after killing his wife and children.
 
2. The Sixth Sense by M. Night Shyamalan
 
The movie talks about a boy and a child psychologist. It has been believed for long that children can see and communicate with ghosts better than adults can and this movie is a portrayal of that belief.The child in the movie confides in his psychologist and tells him how he can see ghosts and they want him to do things for them.
 
3. Fight Club by David Fincher

A classis from 1999 with an 8.8/10 imdb rating, this movie takes you to understand the power of our minds.The storyline and the direction is so strong that you won’t even notice whatjust happened. It tells you how your mind can play with you and you won’t even have a clue. The leading roles are played by Edward Nortan and BradPitt.

4. Shutter Island by Martin Scorsese
 
The 2010 movie with the iconic

is a strong representation of great direction and back and forth changing times. The movie is about two US marshals who are sent to an asylum on a remote island to look for the disappearance of a mental patient. Here, one
of the marshals discovers something strange about the place.
 
5. Predestination by Michael Spierig and Peter Spierig
The movie released in 2014 and has a 7.5/10 imdb rating. One needs concentration while watching this one as it gets crazier with every scene and one wouldn’t really understand what happened if they aren’t paying attention.
 
The movie talks about a temporal agent who is asked to travel back in time as his last assignment and prevent a bomb attack in 1975 in New York.However, the travel unfolds into an uncanny and unexpected reveal of secrets.
