B-town actor Aamir Khan infected with COVID-19, under self-quarantine

New Delhi: Bollywood actor Aamir Khan on Wednesday tested positive for COVID-19 and has self-quarantined himself.
"Aamir Khan has tested positive for Covid-19. He is at home in self-quarantine, following all the protocols and he’s doing fine. All those who came in contact with him in the recent past should get themselves tested as a precautionary measure. Thank you for all your wishes and concern," the 56-year-old actor's spokesperson said in a statement.Aamir's upcoming flick is Laal Singh Chaddha which will release later this year.

The last movie in which Aamir Khan featured was thugs of Hindostan released on 8th November 2018. Since then his fans are eagerly waiting for 'Laal Singh Chaddha' which is reportedly a Hollywood remake of the "Forest Gump". 
 
Before Aamir, Karthik Aryan shared the post and informed that he has been tested positive for nCOV virus, after which the entire team of "Bhul Bhuliya" went through the testing procedure. Earlier, Bollywood actors Ranbir Kapoor, fame director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and the latest winner of national award Manoj Bajpayee were also found to be Corona positive. 

Bollywood's Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan recently bids adieu to social media. It came as a shocker, especially for his fans. Many speculations were rife in the tinsel town behind Aamir Khan's decision till the actor made it crystal clear.
 
In a statement given to the media, Aamir Khan unfolded the mystery behind his exit from social media. He said in his statement that I am saying goodbye to social media and not to my fans. I will continue to stay connected with my fans. Yes, instead of social media, I will send messages to them through the media. Like before when there was no existence of social media.(WD)
