Veteran Hindi film actor Jeetendra, through two firms owned by him and family members, has sold parcels of land in Andheri, Mumbai for Rs 855 crore, according to property registration documents on the website of Inspector General of Registration (IGR) https:grmaharashtra.gov.in., which is reviewed by Square Yards, India's growing real estate website for buy, sale and rent.The land parcels were sold to NTT Global Data Centres & Cloud Infrastructure India.
The site currently houses Balaji IT Park, with three constructed buildings having a built-up area of over 4.9 lakh square feet.According to details, the deal incurred a stamp duty of Rs 8.69 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000. The transaction was registered last month.Two firms involved in the deal are Pantheon Buildcon and Tusshar Infra Developers, owned by Jeetendra and his family members. (UNI)<>
