New Delhi: Veteran actor Sayaji Shinde, known for his notable roles in films like "Shool" and "Singham," recently underwent an emergency angioplasty after complaining of severe chest pain on Saturday.
 
The actor, who had been feeling unwell for the past few days, was admitted to Pratibha Hospital in Satara on April 11.
 
Upon examination, doctors discovered blockages in the arteries supplying blood to his heart. Sayaji underwent a successful angioplasty procedure and is currently in stable condition.

Taking to his Instagram account, he shared a video from his hospital bed, where he reassured fans about his health. In the video, he said, "Hi, I am doing well." All the fans who love me, my well-wishers who are with me, don’t need to worry. I will be there for your entertainment soon. Thank you."

 
Fans flooded his social media with messages of support and wishes for a speedy recovery. Expressing concern, one user wrote, "Take care of your health," while another added, "I pray to God for your speedy recovery." Sayaji Shinde's family acted swiftly when he complained of chest pain, ensuring he received prompt medical attention.
 
During the heart tests, doctors discovered a 99% blockage in one of his three blood vessels. Fortunately, he is currently stable, and doctors anticipate his discharge from the hospital within the next two days.
 
Sayaji Shinde, whose career spans various acclaimed movies and the recent Netflix web series "Killer Soup," has an exciting lineup of projects ahead. Some of his upcoming films include "Commitment: 60 Hours," "Maa Nanna Superhero," "Struggler 2023," "Viral Girls," "Sathyam," "Aamdar Niwas," and "Susaat," among others.
