The actress has filed a case against a contractor on charges of rape. A case has been registered by Mumbai Police against a man named Sudeep Kumar Shah,In Mumbai's Santa Cruz area
In her complaint to the police, the actress said that she lives in Oshiwara area and has known Sudeep Kumar Shah since 2016. Shah promised to marry her. Physical relations were also formed between the two. But now the victim comes to know that Shah is already married.
The police officer said that the woman has also alleged in her complaint that Sudeep Shah had borrowed money from her to buy an apartment. A case has been registered against accused Sudeep Kumar Shah under Section 376 of IPC. However, no arrest has been made yet.
