TV Actress Gehana Vasisth who was arrested in Erotica case has been granted bail after 5 months. The additional session court judge of Dindoshi court, LS Chavan granted bail to the actress on a personal bond of 25,000 rupees and with one odd two sureties with Malvani Police. She has been released on the condition of not leaving the country.
Earlier,Gehana was arrested on 6th February. According to a statement by Gehana Vasisth's publicist and legal affairs head, Flynn Remedios, she has suffered 4 cardiac arrests in the last one year. She is also asthmatic and her health is very fragile.
"In November 2019, she was on ventilator for a week and had closely escaped from the jaws of death by stimulating her with electric shocks. Her sugar levels are above 500 and the day she was arrested her sugar was 600.Later she was also tested for COVID19 at Byculla jail and kept in quarantine.
