Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2: The Rule has made history by becoming the fastest Indian film to cross the Rs 1000 crore mark, achieving this feat in just six days. This milestone is a testament to the film's massive popularity and its ability to break box office records.

Directed by Sukumar, the Telugu film is a sequel to the 2021 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise and follows the story of Pushpa Raj (Allu Arjun) running a smuggler of red sandalwood.

Apart from Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, the movie also features Fahadh Faasil and Jagapathi Babu in pivotal roles.

Released on December 5, it features dubbed versions in Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

The movie made with a budget of Rs 400-500 crore has minted Rs 42 crore on Wednesday (Day 7), taking the total global collections to Rs Rs 1062 crore.
