Adding yet another feather to his illustrious cap, superstar Allu Arjun has been honoured with the ‘Most Versatile Actor of the Year’ award at the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival Awards 2025.
The announcement was made on the festival’s official social media handle, which read: “Congratulations to Allu Arjun for this prestigious recognition, celebrating his exceptional range and cinematic impact!”
Celebrated as one of India’s most prestigious film award ceremonies, the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival recognises excellence in cinema, art, culture, tourism, and heritage. This year’s grand event was held on October 30, 2025, at the NSCI Dome, SVP Stadium, Mumbai.
Expressing his gratitude, Allu Arjun shared an emotional post on X: “Thanks to the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Awards for the incredible honour. Truly humbled. My warm congratulations to all the winners across categories this year. A sincere thank you to my audience for your continued love and support… I humbly dedicate this award to my fans.”
This latest accolade comes after a series of major wins for the actor, including the Best Actor Award at the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) 2025 and the Gaddar Telangana Film Awards, both for his stellar performance in Sukumar’s ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’. Released in 2024, the blockbuster sequel to Pushpa: The Rise (2021) shattered box office records and featured a powerful ensemble cast including Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, Sunil, and Rao Ramesh.
Looking ahead, the National Award-winning actor is set to star in an ambitious sci-fi action film directed by Atlee, tentatively titled Project AA22 x A6, alongside Deepika Padukone.
