An ever-smiling talent: B-Town mourns Wajid's death due to COVID

New Delhi: Bollywood celebrities on Monday condoled the death of noted music director Wajid Khan of the famed duo of 'Sajid-Wajid'.Wajid, who was 42, passed away in a Mumbai hospital after tested Covid-19 positive.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, the fraternity from the industry condoled Wajid's death and said he was an ever-smiling talented man.
 
Amitabh Bachchan said, "Shocked at the passing of Wajid Khan .. a bright smiling talent passes away .. duas, prayers and in condolence."
 
Akshay Kumar said, "Shocked and saddened to hear about the untimely demise of #WajidKhan, talented and ever-smiling...gone too soon. May God give strength to his family in this difficult time".

Priyanka Chopra said, "Terrible news. The one thing I will always remember is Wajid bhai's laugh. Always smiling. Gone too soon. My condolences to his family and everyone grieving. Rest in peace, my friend. You are in my thoughts and prayers."
