Karan Johar to introduce a star daughter again! See her in SOTY 2 (Pics)

Mumbai: Karna Johar has a habit of giving quick start to the star Kids. First, he introduced Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan in Student of the year. Recently, he was in news to give first chance to Sridevi’s daughter Jhanvi in Dhadak. Now another new face will be seen in the Student of the year 2.

As per the reports, Karan Johar has signed Ananya Pandey, daughter of Chunky Pandey in Student Of The Year 2.

Good news for Ananya is that she earned the role by giving an audition before Karan Johar, Tiger Shroff and Director Punit Malhotra. Earlier, Karan thought to sign Sara Ali Khan (daughter of Saif Ali Khan) or Jhanvi Kapoor, but he was so impressed with the dialogue and expression of Ananya that he signed her.

Ananya was asked to recreate a scene performed by Alia Bhatt in SOTY. Earlier, Ananya was also in the news during the “Le Bal” event organized in Paris. (WD)
