Anushka's 'Pari' has a decent start at box office in first weekend

New  Delhi:'Pari ', the third production venture by Anushka  Sharma under her production house Clean slate films,  has earned Rs 14 crore in first three days of its release, trade sources said on Sunday. The film, which features Anushka Sharma and Parambrata Chatterjee in lead roles, has been directed by Prosit Roy. 

Trade sources said the film has done well, especially when compared to other female centric films with a dark theme like 'Kahaani 2' (Vidya), Akira (Sonakshi), Kahaani (Vidya), Alone (Bipasha), Mom (Sridevi) and Mardaani (Rani).'Pari' is the third production venture by Anushka Sharma under her production venture Clean slate films, after 'NH 10' and 'Phillauri '.The film, which hit cinema screens on March 2, has got raving reviews from critics.
