Bhansali’s Padmaavat eying 300 crore club

Mumbai: Basking on the nationwide protest, the much touted magnum opus of Sanjay Leela Bhansali “Padmaavat” is now in the super hit category. The movie is still going strong in the fourth week and making the life of Padman and Aiyaary difficult at the box office.

The first week collection of Padmaavat was a whooping 166.5 crores, while in the second week the movie earned 69.50 crores. The movie collected a decent amount of 31.75 crores. Thus the gross collection has reached 267.75 crores. It looks like the movie will touch the 300 cr mark as Padmaavat was released in MP and Gujarat last Sunday. (WD)
