Deepika Padukone gets 'reward' from onscreen 'baba' Amitabh

Mumbai: Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, who is enthralling the audience with her spectacular performance in 'Padmaavat', has another reason to be super happy.The powerhouse performer received accolades from none other than megastar Amitabh Bachchan for essaying the role of Rani Padmavati, which, according to her, is more than a prestigious award for her.

The 'Shahenshah' of Bollywood wrote a handwritten letter to Deepika, praising her performance in the movie.Sharing the note on Instagram account, the dimpled beauty wrote, "there are awards...there are rewards...& then there is THIS! Thank You Baba... @amitabhbachchan"
