Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna’s Dhurandhar is enjoying a stellar run at the box office, holding strong after a blockbuster opening weekend.
The film collected an impressive Rs 100 crore in its first three days and maintained its upward momentum on Day 4 as well. Early estimates show further growth on Tuesday, setting up an excellent first week for the spy-action thriller.
Dhurandhar recorded a remarkable 30% jump over Monday’s numbers—an indication of rare weekday strength that many big-ticket films fail to maintain after an initial surge.
According to Sacnilk, the film opened at Rs 28 crore on Friday, followed by Rs 32 crore on Saturday and a massive Rs 43 crore on Sunday, taking its opening weekend total to Rs 103 crore net.
Monday witnessed the usual dip but still delivered a solid Rs 23.25 crore net. Early predictions suggest Tuesday added around Rs 26.5 crore, pushing the India net collection to approximately Rs 152.75 crore.
On Tuesday, the movie registered an overall Hindi occupancy of 39.66%, with morning shows at 19.23%, afternoon at 33.03%, and evening shows peaking at 43.24%.
With domestic net earnings crossing Rs 150 crore, the film’s all-India gross has climbed to Rs 182.75 crore, while overseas numbers stand at Rs 42 crore. This brings the worldwide total to about Rs 224.75 crore. At this pace, Dhurandhar is set to close its first week near Rs 175 crore net, securing its place as one of the biggest hits of the year and another major win for Ranveer Singh.
The makers have also confirmed a sequel—scheduled for release on 19 March 2026—teased during the post-credits scene of Part 1. The next installment will face a huge box-office clash with Yash’s Toxic, both set to release during the Eid 2026 weekend.
