With most of us stuck inside, TV and movies may have our attention now more than ever. This has resulted in a great turnover for networks and streaming platforms who are trying each day to produce new and good content for the viewers. Premium streaming service Eros Now has set a new benchmark by producing brand new content by creating and shooting the entire series indoors amidst this lockdown.
Eros Now has set a new trend with the introduction of its innovative web show - A Viral Wedding, that has been shot entirely during lockdown. The show- A Viral Wedding is the story of a couple Nisha (Shreya Dhanwanthary) and Rishabh (Amol Parashar) who are planning their special day. On March 24' 2020, all their plans go for a toss as PM Modi announces the nationwide lockdown. After the initial panic and calculation of the monetary loss involved, Nisha suggests an online wedding, what follows are just 9 minutes long episodes with a quirky disclaimer.

Eros Now has in a way paved the path for entertainment industry with its unique content of lockdown shoot diaries and recently has garnered a huge follower base. While the first season of Eros Now’s Metro Park revolved around an eccentric Gujarati family in New Jersey, the second season continues the story of convenience store owner Kalpesh Patel (Ranvir Shorey) and his family. In this quarantine special edition one can witness, how despite staying indoors, Kalpesh and gang adapt to the new ways of living which has become the new normal and stay cautious, creative, and maybe even a little calm. Interestingly, the series comprises five episodes of 6 minutes each and the bite-sized pieces were self-shot by the actors themselves!
