First day collection of Baadshaho and SMS

Mumbai: This week two movies were released at the box office. One was Ajay Devgan’s Baadshaho and the second was Ayushmann Khurana’s Shubh Mangal Savdhan. The movies had different genres, so no much difference in the collections were witnessed. 

Despite negative reviews from critics, Baadshaho opened to a good start and earned a respectable amount of 12.3 crores, thanks to the single screen threatres. While Shubh Mangal Savdhan had a lukewarm response at the box office and the movie earned only 2.71 crores. Both the movies need to perform better on weekends.(WD)
