Golmaal into 100 crore club, Secret Superstar crawling

Mumbai: Riding on the numbers collected thanks to fantastic footfall from Diwali vacations, Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again has surged into the 100 crore club this week. The movie also passed the litmus test of Monday. Golmaal Again’s first day collection was 30.14 crore followed by 28.7 crore on Saturday. The collection on Sunday was 29.09 crore. 

The collection on Monday went down by 50 percent still movie collected a decent amount of 16.04 crore. Thus, the gross collection of the movie is now 103.64 crore.

On the other hand, Secret Superstar was released one day ahead of Golmaal to get a solo release for one day. The opening day collection was 4.8 crore. The movie performed better in weekend by earning 9.3 and 8.7 crore and 8.5 crore on Friday, Saturday and Sunday respectively. The gross collection of  the movie is 31.31 crore. (WD)
