Hyderabad: Tension prevailed once again near veteran actor Mohan Babu’s residence in Jalpally on Wednesday, as his younger son, actor Manchu Manoj, staged a protest alleging that he was not being allowed to enter the house.

Manoj sat at the gate of the residence demanding access, prompting a swift response from local law enforcement authorities.

A large contingent of police personnel—reportedly around a hundred—was deployed by the Pahad Sharif Police to prevent any potential untoward incident and maintain law and order.

The protest follows a complaint lodged by Manchu Manoj with the Pahad Sharif Police, alleging that his elder brother, Manchu Vishnu, had damaged property at his residence and stolen vehicles. Police have since recovered the cars involved in the case.
