If you want to live in Mumbai, you should learn Marathi: Suniel Shetty

Mumbai: Actor Suniel Shetty made his stand clear on Marathi with an emotional appeal to all those living in Mumbai to speak in Marathi.

He said that athough his birthplace is in Karnataka, his workplace is Mumbai.

"If I live in my workplace and don't speak Marathi, it should not bother others but myself," he noted.

"I should feel bad about not knowing Marathi. Everyone who feel like they want to live here should learn Marathi. We should be able to speak in Marathi just like Marathi people," Shetty added.
