New Delhi: Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has revealed that that it took him around eight months to accept the idea of a biopic on his life.Talking to UNI, the master blaster said it was way back in 2012 when a proposal on this biopic -'Sachin: A Billion Dreams' was made to him however, he had then denied the idea."After getting the proposal, my first answer was 'No'.And to change my answer to 'Yes', it took eight months," said Sachin."A player is always a player and I thought there shouldn't be any acting in this movie.
The makers then told me that there is no need for any acting in this movie as it is a real life movie and whatever has happened in your life will be showcased in it," he said.Sachin further said,"The makers tried to show my reactions on whatever happened with me in and off the field and what ran in my mind in those circumstances.The also showed how did I overcome during tough situations." "I want every viewer to carry a special moment with him.
There are some footages in the biopic which will compel the audience to say that they haven't ever seen or heard about it.To give something new to the people, I have also shared some personal videos of my family in the movie, which is unseen except my family," revealed the god of cricket.Further explaining about one of the most awaited movie of the year, Sachin said,"Apart from cricket, the audience will also be able to witness about my life with my friends, wife and kids.
Also, my wife Anjali, my mother and both my brothers and sisters have spoken about me in it.
" Notably, the biopic on one of the most favourite son of India, which will reveal some of the most iconic moments in the Sachin's life and will also throw light on his personal life, will be releasing worldwide on May 26. (UNI)
