Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor pair up for Loveyapa

Bollywood's fresh faces, Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor are set to collaborate for the first time in the upcoming romantic comedy "Loveyapa". The film will release it's first song on January 3, 2025, well before unveiling any teasers or trailers, marking an unconventional approach.

A source close to the production revealed "The first song of "Loveyapa" will be out tomorrow. The rom-com makers have come out with an animated teaser which showcased a playful take on modern relationships, with the tagline, "Situationship? Relationship? Love ka syapa? ya Loveyapa?"Directed by Advait Chandan of "Laal Singh Chaddha fame", "Loveyapa" explores the intricacies of modern relationships, blending humour, emotion and repeatability, according to a report by Pinkvilla.

Backed by Phantom Studios and AGS Entertainment, the official release date has been set for February 7, 2025.

Junaid Khan, son of Amir Khan received acclaim for his debut in "Maharaj" last year in which he portrayed the character of Karsandas Mulji, while Khushi Kapoor, younger daughter of Bollywood's legendary actress Sridevi, garnered attention with her performance in Zoya Akhtar’s Netflix venture "The Archies" in 2023.  (UNI)
