Mumbai: Shahid Kapoor’s highly-anticipated movie, Kabir Singh hit the screens today, and expectedly the audience, industry and critics have been all praise for the actor’s dynamic performance ever since. 

Known to get under the skin of his characters, Shahid arrives as the contemporary angry young man in Kabir Singh, the official Hindi remake of the South blockbuster Arjun Reddy.

While fans are going gaga over Shahid’s interpretation of the role, given the huge anticipation and blockbuster music, the industry and critics can’t stop raving about the actor’s impeccable performance believing it to be his career’s best on the social media.  

Going by the humongous craze, trade pundits and critics are of the opinion that Kabir Singh will certainly become Shahid Kapoor’s biggest box office hit, fuelled by strong advance bookings for the film. While the movie has registered 70 percent occupancy in its morning shows across the country and the evening shows are full, the makers are expecting a very good weekend.
