Karan Johar can’t "afford" Prabhas!

Mumbai: Once restricted to South Indian cinema, Prabhas is now a household name in Hindi belt after the magnum opus Baahubali. Karan Johar’s Dharma Production had produced the movie Bahubali, which was dubbed in Hindi. Recently, Karan Johar approached Prabhas to offer what could be his first Hindi movie. When Karan asked about his fees, Prabhas quoted the same amount he charges to sign a south Indian movie, i.e 20 crore.

Karan was taken aback, after he heard the fees of Prabhas. He thought it was too much as it will be debut of Prabhas in Bollywood. It seems that Prabhas is capitalizing on his fan following he received from the movie Bahubali. (WD)
