New Delhi: The upcoming episode of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati' Season 14 will see Nagaland's Director General (DG) Prisons, Home Guards, Civil Defence and SDRF (State Disaster Response Force), Rupin Sharma.

The 55-year-old contestant will be playing with amazing composure and presence of mind and also be indulging the host Amitabh Bachchan with some very interesting conversations about his life as an IPS officer.

Breaking the ice, the contestant will be seen talking about the state of Nagaland, gushing about its beauty and inviting the Bollywood industry to come and shoot films in the laps of its pristine locales.

Sharma will be presenting a special Naga scarf to Big B. Bachchan will wear the scarf throughout the episode.

Big B and KBC team will also surprise Sharma with a video of the people of Nagaland thanking him for his service to the state. BJP State President Temjen Imna Along Longkumer will also be seen in the video that will leave Sharma emotional.

The conversations will also veer towards Abhishek Bachchan whose film "Dasvi" will be discussed as the OTT success was on reformation in prisons.

Rupin Sharma even hails Abhishek as better actor than his father, which Big B graciously accepts.

Talking about more serious side of being in the force, Rupin Sharma would also narrate harrowing incidents like the nabbing of a terrorist.

Living the experience of being on the show, Rupin Sharma shared, “It was a very surreal but livid experience of being on the show and interacting with none other than the living legend, Mr Bachchan. I have been a fan of the show for many years and the fact that I got to play and win is a huge matter for me and my family.”

“Talking about my life in the force, about Nagaland and Naga culture and the people of Nagaland with Mr Bachchan made me realise how humble and intent a listener he is. The response from the audience and crowd was overwhelming and promos about my presence at the show were enlightening and surprising for friends. Some friends are still getting used to the show. Adding to that, I hope viewers will enjoy the show and interaction as I play tonight,” he added. (UNI)
