Leading Fitness Model Karan Oberoi (KO) has Turned Vegetarian this year. Should you too?

Winner of title Mr best physique at Mr India international modelling contest, Karan Oberoi (KO) is one of the most followed fitness model on Instagram, who is soon to touch a million. Recently in the beginning of this year Karan has turned vegetarian.

Turning veg is a trend which we see is gaining increasing popularity among celebs. But a fitness model who has turned vegetarian and still manages to maintain an enviable physique is yet to be seen apart from Karan. Karan Oberoi (KO) who is an MBA by qualification  has worked with popular brands like Reebok, Royal Enfield bikes, Isuzu Car tv commercial. Karan was also voted as top fitness model by ht brunch magazine in the month of march 2018.
 
Such a great physique does not come easily which is a reason while we see so many Fashion Models but very few fitness models.If you are wondering how you can acquire such a body, Oberoi has some tips for you . He advises you to treat your body as a temple and be aware of what you are doing to it. Junk food, alcohol and smoking are a strict No, so are Steroids & Growth Hormones. 
 
A simple and disciplined life which are a combination of diet & right, targeted exercise yield the best results, says Karan.
 
He feels only an hour in the gym doing focused  workouts  can do the magic. For diet , he recommends drinking 4 litres of water each day, 6-7 small meals in a day which lean heavily on protein, drinking green tea between meals for detox and avoiding bad carbs like white bread, ice cream etc. Clearly, the journey to the top of the fitness modelling chain is one rife with challenges. One that Karan Oberoi (KO) takes great pride in being able to adhere to, and rightfully so.
