Some of the best movies are those that take us on a journey along with the heroes. But some of the greatest movies are those that let us get inside their minds and get a sneak-peek of their thoughts and voices. While pandemic still continues to rage around the world, Bandra Film Festival, a digital film festival presented by Filmkaravan in collaboration with YouTube is all set to stream some really crazy thriller movies based on mind games full of mystery and suspense. The posters of the films were unveiled recently on BFF’s social media and we can’t wait to watch them.

The festival recently showcased the reminiscing collection consisting of one short and two docu dramas and now will stream the next line up of films themed ‘MIND GAMES" opening with the movie ‘Megalopolis’ an off beaten take on its story which will be premiered for the first time is a thriller about a young boy seeking revenge for his parents death directed by Rohit Mittal, ‘Rashq’ a drama suspense shot in a seamlessly unique style, where the actors never met each other for the shoot, directed by Rajiv Walia and finally, ‘Haven Dust’ is a thriller revolving around a young man dealing with a mental condition & substance abuse directed by first time director, the 20 year old Vamshi Krishna. The films will go live on 21st April on BFF’s Youtube channel - youtube.com/bandrafilmfestival

Speaking about the thematic line up, Marketing & Communications Manager, Namrata Grewal said, “With Thriller and Suspense screenplays and films, there will always be a market. This is a genre that will always be popular, and as we are amidst a round 2 of the pandemic, BFF programmed this new thematic line up MIND GAMES so that our audiences can continue to have the opportunity to watch a wide range of films from the comfort of their homes. BFF was started only in order to expose local audiences to meaningful independent cinema, and encourage others to support these extremely talented filmmakers.

The 2021 festival which kicked started last month has a slate of 50+ films from filmmakers across the country and across multiple genres, languages and formats.
