An actress has revealed that a woman and her 16-year-old daughter were sexually assaulted at the shooting location of Prithviraj Sukumaran’s 2008 film 'One Way Ticket'.

Directed by Bipin Prabhakar, the film had Prithviraj and Bhama in lead roles and Mammootty in a cameo role.

The actress made these shocking claims in an interview to a television channel. She said, “The crew asked the girl and her mother to stay in a room near the shooting location. The mother-daughter duo stayed there for around two-weeks but they were never taken to the location. During that period, the two were sexually abused by several crew members including the cameramen and the technicians.”

The actress said that the victims themselves narrated their ordeal to her.

Soon after the Hema Committee report was released, several Malayalam actresses came out to reveal the sexual assaults experienced by them.
