NCB arrests Arjun Rampal's girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades's brother

Panaji:The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Mumbai and Goa on Saturday arrested Agisilas Demetriades, brother of actor Arjun Rampal's girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades from here.

According to sources, the arrest was made after the team allegedly recovered drugs from the possession of Agisilas in Goa.

Agisilaos Demetriades was earlier arrested in October last after a raid at a resort near Lonavala where allegedly drugs were found. He was granted bail by a special narcotics court in Mumbai in December last year. The bail was granted on surety of Rs 50,000 and he was asked to submit his passport and not to leave the country without informing the NCB.

A probe was initiated by the NCB after it received communication from the Enforcement Directorate about chats related to drug consumption, procurement, usage and transportation in connection with the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput who was found dead in his apartment at Bandra in June last year.(UNI)
