Mumbai: Released in December, Aamir Khan starrer "Dangal" had broken all the box office records. The movie went on to earn around 387 crore rupees breaking the highest collection record of "PK."
The fame of movie reached Pakistan and a distributer contacted Aamir to display "Dangal" in Pakistan. Initially, Aamir was ready for the it. But Pakistan censor board objected on two scenes, first in which a national flag is shown and the second in which there is a shot of medal ceremony of Geeta Phogat with National Anthem fading in.
Aamir was shocked with this response of Pakistan Censor Board and said it is a movie based on sports and objection seems unjust.
As Aamir is the producer of the movie he decided not to release his movie in Pakistan. This partriotic move of Aamir may have calmed down some of those people who questions his Deshprem! (WD)
