Bringing the stories of hope and positivity, Amazon Prime Video is now streaming its Hindi anthology Unpaused: Naya Safar. Following the success of the first edition, Unpaused, the sequel to the Hindi anthology offers five Hindi short films, titled Teen Tigada, The Couple, Gond Ke Laddu, War Room and Vaikunth, each delving uniquely into the relatable challenges that the pandemic has inflicted on everyone, while stressing on the need to embrace a positive outlook as everyone welcomes the New Year. Unpaused: Naya Safar has an eclectic mix of artists and directors coming together to bring heartwarming and relatable stories and has opened to rave reviews from the critics and the audiences alike.

Actor Priyanshu Painyuli, who is seen in Nupur Asthana’s The Couple gives an insight on the movie. He says, “Our film ‘The Couple’ is a very realistic take on how the young, millennial couples are dealing with the pandemic and the work-from-home culture. It was really a pleasant experience working with Shreya Dhanwanthary, my co-star and Nupur Asthana, our director. All of us have given our best to make a heartwarming film that will strike the right chords with the audience across 240 countries and territories.”

Talking about her association with The Couple, Shreya Dhanwanthary said, "I have been associated with Amazon Prime Video since I worked in the Original Series Mumbai Diaries 26/11, so with Unpaused: Naya Safar, it's like a homecoming for me. I am delighted and excited to be a part of The Couple that focuses on a modern-day couple and how their lives change when there's a sudden job loss. Not just our film, but I am sure all the films in the anthology will leave you with a warm-fuzzy feeling and make you cherish the smallest joys of life."

Unpaused: Naya Safar showcases five unique stories that provide a window of hope, positivity and new beginning, making us value life and emotions more than ever. Vignettes of raw human emotions like love, longing, fear and friendship – sensitively brought to life by filmmakers such as Shikha Makan (Gond Ke Laddu), Ruchir Arun (Teen Tigada), Nupur Asthana (The Couple), Ayappa KM (War Room) and Nagraj Manjule (Vaikunth).
