Parineeti Chopra gets trolled for tweeting "Had your dinner, thank a farmer"

Numerous Bollywood celebrities have come forward to show their support to the farmers protesting against the new farm laws imposed by the central government. The protestations by the farmers are being held in Delhi and they have called for a Bharat Band today.
Bollywood celebrities such as Kangana Ranaut, Diljit Dosanjh, Riteish Deshmukh, Parineeti Chopra, Sonu Sood have raised their voices favoring the farmers. This is not the first time Bollywood has taken a stand in the issues concerning the country. There was also a significant participation of the stars in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput who were later proved of being involved in the drug angle related to it.
 
Priyanka Chopra said, “Our farmers are India’s Food Soldiers. Their fears need to be allayed. Their hopes need to be met. As a thriving democracy, we must ensure that this crisis is resolved sooner than later.”
 
The Punjabi actor and singer Diljit Dosanjh even had a heated argument with actress Kangana Ranaut on Twitter over an elderly woman being a participant in the different protests. Netizens rose questions on the credibility of Kangana

Ranaut’s posts saying she hadn’t researched before promoting the fake news which led to the defamation of the elderly woman she called out in her tweets. Similarly, Parineeti Chopra made a tweet recently saying “Had your dinner, thank a farmer.” People all over the internet didn’t spare a minute to start trolling theactress for her post.
 
“Have you read this? - thank your teacher alive in INDIA? - thank the soldier haven't been mugged? - thank a policeman reading this on a gadget? thank the IT guys”, said a Twitter user.
