Parking row turns deadly: Huma Qureshi’s cousin killed in Delhi

New Delhi: In a shocking incident late Thursday night, Asif Qureshi, cousin of Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi, was fatally stabbed following a heated argument over parking in Delhi’s Jangpura area.

The altercation took place around 11 pm near Bhogal Market lane under the Nizamuddin police station. Asif had reportedly asked his neighbour to move a scooter parked in front of his gate, which led to a heated exchange. The situation quickly turned violent when the accused attacked Asif with a sharp weapon.

Asif was rushed to a hospital in a critical condition, but was declared dead on arrival. Family members revealed that the accused had previous conflicts with Asif and alleged that the murder was excessively brutal for such a minor issue.

Police have registered a case and are conducting a search operation.
