Planning to dub 'Kaadu Pookkunna Neram’ in different languages: Dr Biju

Panaji: Dr Biju, director of Malayalam feature film 'Kaadu Pookkunna Neram’ (When the Woods Bloom), which is being screened at the ongoing 47th International Film Festival of India (IFFI), here today said he was planning to dub his film in different languages as people from a host of countries could relate with his film.

Addressing a press conference here, he said, 'I am planning to dub it in different languages, as people from a number of countries are able to relate with this film.' '‘Kaadu Pookkunna Neram’ is a political film based on controversial issue of Maoism.People get framed and labelled as Maoist in Kerala and this film deals with this issue in a sensitive way.

Of my six films, this is the fourth film to be screened under Indian Panorama section of the 47th IFFI,' he said and informed the film would be released in the January next year.
"'Kaadu Pookkunna Neram’ is about a policeman who arrests a suspected Maoist woman in a forest.
