Poonam Pandey with her friend Sam Ahmed arrested for lockdown violation (Pics)

Actress and model Poonam Pandey who has hands in glove with controversies is once again in trouble. She was nabbed along with her friend from Marine Drive, Mumbai. Police arrested Poonam Pandey and his friend Sam Ahmed for violating the lockdown imposed on the coronavirus.

As per the reports, both went out to venture out in their car during the lockdown, Cops arrested the duo and also and seized the BMW car. Police have registered a case against both of them under the National Disaster Management Act. He is accused of breaching the lockdown norms for no reason and not abiding to the rules of lockdown.

As per the statement given by Mumbai Police official, a lawsuit has been filed against Poonam Pandey and Sam Ahmed under sections 269 and 188 of the IPC under the National Disaster Act.

It is to be noted that Poonam Pandey is largely famous for her hot and bold photos which she regularly posts on Instagram account. She is doing the same in Lockdown as well.(WD)
