Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt blessed with baby girl

Mumbai: Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have welcomed their first child, a baby girl on Sunday, at a hospital here.

Alia, took to her Instagram handle and shared the happy news. She wrote, “And in the best news of our lives :- Our baby is here. and what a magical girl she is. We are officially bursting with love - blessed and obsessed PARENTS!!!!! love love love Alia and Ranbir”.

The post has garnered more than two lakh likes within minutes, and congratulatory wishes are pouring in the comment section. Alia’s mother and actress Soni Razdan said, “Our hearts are overflowing and overwhelmed ... thank you life”.

Ishaan Khatter wrote, “Congrats”, Sophie Choudry said, “Congratulations you guys!!Sending the 3 of you and the rest of the family so much love!! God bless your lil princess”.

On June 27, Alia took everyone by surprise as she announced her pregnancy. Taking to her social media handle, Alia shared a picture of her visit to a hospital, where she can be seen along with Ranbir.She captioned it as, “Our baby...... coming soon”.Alia and Ranbir got married in a private ceremony in Mumbai on April 14, this year.(UNI)
