Rapists should be publicly hanged as is done in Saudi Arabia: Kangana Ranaut

Bhopal: Expressing her view on a burning issue, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut averred on Saturday that rapists should be publicly executed as is done in Saudi Arabia.

The actress is in the Madhya Pradesh capital in connection with shooting of her film ‘Dhaakad’, centred on empowerment of women.

“The legislation against sexual assault is obsolete. Victims are subjected to metal harassment through intensely personal questioning that makes numerous sufferers shy away from seeking justice,” she told members of the Fourth Estate. (UNI)
