Mumbai: Rashmika Mandanna, who is still trending for her moves in the "Saami, Saami" song from "Pushpa: The Rise" will be seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's upcoming film "Animal", also starring Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor.
Taking to Twitter, makers T-series officially welcomed Rashmika to the team. "On the auspicious occasion of Ugadi and Gudi Padwa, we welcome Rashmika Mandanna to the team of Animal! Shooting begins this summer."
Rashmika too reacted with: "The good day comes with good news.. Animal," along with a red heart emoji.
The director and writer of the film Sandeep Reddy Vanga also welcomed her and disclosed her role.
The 'Kabir Singh' director tweeted: "Happy Ugadi people...We welcome Rashmika Mandanna to the world of Animal to play Geetanjali..."
Rashmika who has Dear Comrade, Bheeshma, Geetha Govindam-like superhits has been appreciated everywhere for her dancing, expressions, which are unique.
Shooting of 'Animal' is expected to start soon. The film also stars 'Mr India' Anil Kapoor, 'Ishaqzaade' Parineeti Chopra and 'Badal' actor Bobby Deol.
