Saiyaara joins the 300 crore club

Mumbai: The latest romantic spectacle "Saiyaara" has vaulted into the prestigious Rs 300 crore club in the Indian market, consolidating its place as one of 2025's most profitable Hindi releases.

Directed by Mohit Suri and shepherded by YRF CEO Akshay Wdhani, the film opened on July 18 to rapturous reception, driven in large part by fresh, effervescent pairing Ahaan Pandey and Aneet Padda. Their romantic chemistry has struck a chord with audiences, sustaining the film's commercial momentum well into its third week.

As per industry tracker Sacnilk, "Saiyaara" earned Rs 172.75 crore in its first week, followed by Rs 107.75 crore in the second. The third weekend maintained a steady draw, with Rs 4.5 crore on Day 15, Rs 6.75 crore on Day 16 and Rs 8 crore on Day 17. Preliminary estimates for Day 18 stand at Rs 2.50 crore, bringing the cumulative domestic gross to Rs 302.25 crore.
