Mumbai: Nearly a month after being given a clean chit in the 2021 cruise drugs case, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan has moved a plea before a special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) court seeking return of his passport.
In his plea moved on Thursday, the 24-year-old submitted that he along with five others were not named in the charge sheet which was field by the investigating agency hence his bail bond furnished at the time of his release from jail be cancelled, and his passport be returned that was submitted before investigators as per the bail condition.
Upon hearing the plea the court directed the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) to file a reply and adjourned the hearing to July 13.
Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB on October 2 last year from the cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai. (UNI)
