Sholay film famed actor Viju Khote passed away

Mumbai: Veteran Marathi and Bollywood film comedian Viju Khote passed away on Monday morning, family members said.
He was 78 and is survived by his sister and comedienne Shubha Khote.Khote was famed for his character of bumbling gansgter Kaalia of the Gabbar Singh gang in film 'Sholay', and featured the evergreen lines: "Do, Sarkar" to his master's question, "Kitne Aadmi The".
 
He worked in over 300 films including 'Phir Hera Pheri', 'Andaz Apna Apna', besides some television shows and advertisements. (UNI)
