Shraddha Kapoor Confirms Next Film With Beau Rahul Mody, Set in Startup World

Bollywood star Shraddha Kapoor has confirmed that her next film will be directed by Rahul Mody, and the story will delve into the fast-paced world of start-ups and hustle culture.

The 38-year-old actor revealed the update during an Instagram Q&A session with fans last week. Shraddha shared that she has already completed shooting for one project, though its official announcement is still under wraps. “I’ve shot for a film but can’t talk about it yet because the announcement hasn’t been made. It will be revealed soon,” she said.

She was, however, happy to speak openly about her upcoming collaboration with Rahul Mody. “After that, I’m doing Rahul’s film, which I can finally talk about. It’s set in the world of start-ups and revolves around hustle culture. It’s a new kind of role for me, and it really pushes me as an actor,” she added.

Kapoor also mentioned that she is now actively choosing roles that challenge her. “I’m consciously selecting characters that push me out of my comfort zone. I want to play more active, layered roles. So I’m thinking deeply while reading scripts before saying yes.”

Shraddha was last seen in Maddock Films’ Stree 2. She is a part of the upcoming film Eetha.

Rahul Mody is known for his work as a writer and assistant director on films such as Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, and Pyaar Ka Punchnama.
