New Delhi: In a feather in the cap for Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha, she will perform at Grammy Award winner and global pop sensation Justin Bieber’s Purpose World Tour in May. Taking to twitter, Sonakshi said she is working on a new single and would launch it at the India leg of the Purpose Tour.
“I am really fond of Justin Bieber’s music and I love how his sound has evolved over the years and today he reaches out to a universal fan base.I’m definitely looking forward to this event,” Sonakshi said in a statement.The actress will perform as one of the opening acts at the Purpose tour, which will be held on May 10.
Trade sources said Justin Bieber is expected to perform hits like “Where are you now”, “Boyfriend”, “Love yourself”, “Company”, “As long as you love me”, “What do you mean?”, “Baby” and “Purpose” during the concert. Sonakshi will be next seen in “Noor”, where she will be playing the role of a journalist who wants to cover a real life incident, but is forced to go for a celebrity’s interview. (UNI)
