Sonam surpasses brother Harshwardhan by a long way at box office

Mumbai: Probably it was the first time ever in Bollywood that a real sister and brother will clash at the box office. It was all due to the Bhavesh Joshi Superhero postponed its release date from 25^th May to June 1^st.  John Abraham’s Parmanu thus relished a solo release on 25^th May.

Sonam Kapoor’s Vaga tale Veere di wedding and Harshwardhan Kapoor’s Bhavesh Joshi Superhero was released on June 1. If we take a look at the box office collection, Veere di wedding is way ahead of Bhavesh Joshi Superhero. The first day collection of Veere Di Wedding was 10.70 crore, While the second day collection was 12.25 crore. The movie made the most on Sunday and earned an amount of 13.57 crore. The gross collection of the movie is 36.52 crore, which is impressive.

On the other hand Bhavesh Joshi’s total weekend collection has been 95 lakhs. It is clear that the clash has hit the Anil Kapoor’s son than the daughter.
