Sonu Sood Extends Support to Rajpal Yadav, Calls for Industry Unity

Actor-producer Sonu Sood has publicly extended support to fellow actor Rajpal Yadav, urging the film industry to stand together and show solidarity during difficult times.

Sharing a message on social media platform X, Sood praised Yadav’s talent and acknowledged the challenges artists often face, regardless of their contributions. “Rajpal Yadav is a gifted actor who has given years of unforgettable work to our industry. Sometimes life turns unfair—not because of a lack of talent, but because timing can be brutal,” Sood wrote.

Sood also announced that Yadav will be part of his upcoming film and appealed to producers, directors, and colleagues to come forward in support. “He will be part of my film, and I believe this is the moment for all of us—producers, directors, colleagues—to stand together. A small signing amount, adjustable against future work, is not charity, it’s dignity,” he added.

Concluding his post, Sood emphasised the collective responsibility of the film fraternity. “When one of our own is going through a tough phase, the industry must remind him that he’s not alone. This is how we show we are more than just an industry,” he said.
