New Delhi: After getting a snub from Hrithik Roshan for her statement calling the Bollywood heartthrob her mentor and friend, Spanish model turned actor apologised for her remark and said that she just admired Hrithik like millions of others. Angela Krislinzki recently said at a press meet that she has found a friend and mentor in Hrithik, with whom she had shot for two advertisements a year ago. (Pic- twitter)
However, Hrithik Roshan was quick to snub her on twitter saying that “My dear lady, who are you and why are u lying.” Seeking to clarify, Angela, in a post on social media, said, “I respect you a lot sir and I am sorry for such misleading headlines. It’s really hurtful. I have admired you as an actor just like millions of others but I have been fortunate enough to work with you in two tvcs. When I say, mentor, I meant some who inspired my life in the right direction.’’ On her earlier statement, Angela said, ''this all began with a press meet of my film when someone asked me how I thought of entering acting in spite of foreign looks, so I replied when I was shooting with Hrithik Roshan, his few inspirational words inspired me.
He said work on yourself and your acting and nobody can stop you. My looks are also different but its your performance that outbeats anything…that day changed my life and my acting journey began…The article only speaks about how inspirations you have been to me just like you have been to millions others .
