Yes, that girl from Aashiq Banaya Aapne, was offered the role of Devsena in Bahubali series. The actress has hardly any career left in Bollywood, her rejection is a surprise. 

Sridevi

Sridevi made a comeback in Bollywood with English Vinglish. She was offered to play the role of Shivgami in Bahubali. However, she opted to play a mother in “Puli”

Sonam Kapoor

The role of Avantika, which Tamannaah played, was initially offered to Sonam Kapoor. But She was busy in other Bollywood projects.

This costly miss is surely going to haunt Hrithik for his entire life. Rajamouli’s first choice for the role of Bahubali was the Greek god. The reason for his rejection was commitment to Ashutosh Gowarikar to play lead role in "MohenJo Daro." He surely missed big time!
