This man replaced Sonu Sood in 'Manikarnika-The Queen of Jhansi'

Mumbai: TV actor Taher Shabbir is all set to play Sangram Singh in Kangana Ranaut starrer 'Manikarnika-The Queen of Jhansi', trade sources said on Monday.
''The actor will be seen playing the role of Sangram Singh, who joined the 1857 revolt against the British Rule along with Rani Laxmibai and other revolutionists,'' sources said.''Taher will be shooting a lot of scenes along with Kangana Ranaut,'' sources added. 
''Kangana is like family,'' Taher said recently.
 
Directed by Krish, 'Manikarnika-The Queen of Jhansi' is expected to release in January 2019.
While on the work front, Taher who was seen in shows like 'Nisha Aur Uske Cousins', is currently shooting for the Jennifer Winget, Harshad Chopra starrer romantic series 'Bepannah'.
