Mumbai: The trailer of 'Ground Zero', starring Emraan Hashmi in the lead role, is finally out, offering a gripping first look into what seems to be one of the most intense roles of his career.

Produced by Excel Entertainment and directed by Tejas Deoskar, the film is based on a real-life BSF operation that was awarded as one of the best in the last 50 years.

In the trailer, we see Emraan in a completely new avatar — serious, restrained, and deep in the middle of conflict. He plays the role of BSF Commandant Narendra Nath Dhar Dubey, a real-life officer who was part of a significant mission in Kashmir.

Set in Kashmir, 'Ground Zero' is a personal story of a soldier pushed to his limits. The visuals in the teaser show harsh terrain, intense situations, and a faceless threat that looms large.

Known mostly for romantic or thriller roles, this is a major shift for the actor. His look is rugged and real, with a sense of quiet strength. His character seems to be dealing with more than just a military challenge.

The teaser also features a chilling voiceover that seems to come from the unseen enemy. It adds a layer of tension and mystery, making viewers curious about the larger conflict in the story. There’s also a brief glimpse of Sai Tamhankar, who plays an important role in the film.
