Vidya Balan visited Nimmakuru village for promoting NTR biopic

VijayawadaThe film unit, including film actor turned politician and MLA N Balakrishna and popular Bollywood actress Vidya Balan visited Nimmakuru village, about 40 KM from here, as part of the promotion of NTR biopic NTR-Kadhanayakudu on Monday.
N Balakrishna produced a biopic on his father, Telugu Desam party founder and former Chief Minister of combined A P state, N T Rama Rao. Nimmakuru is the native village of N T Rama Rao.
 
As party of the promotion of the film, the film unit visited the village. They garlanded the statues of NTR and his wife N Basava Tarakam at the village. 
 
Vidya Balan has played the role of NTR's wife in the biopic. Director Krish and NTR grand-son Kalyan Ram were also a part of the film unit.
 
Talking to media at the village, Balakrishna said that they had planned to organise audio release function at Nimmakuru village but due to inclement weather they organised the same in Hyderabad. 
 
He said that NTR Kadhanayakudu biopic does belong to a particular community or group as the film belongs to all. He said that the Part I of the NTR biopic is going to be released soon and some scenes will be shot for the second part of the film.(UNI)
